Although this is my first project using MSS, it won’t be the last. They saved my project from being a disaster after being let down by another contractor. MSS responded in my hour of need and resolved the scaffold issue I faced that would have had a significant impact on the project. Any design issues have been resolved and good communication established throughout. The operatives on site have been professional and the standard of work exactly what you want. I always like to thank the subcontractor team for their efforts on the project. On this occasion I do think you have gone above and beyond, not something I would say to many on the site. This account has been much larger than most scaffold accounts I have witnessed, and it could have quite easily become difficult to control. But with the use of worksheets which have existed in almost 100% of any extra works and the well laid out account (scaffold accounts are often poorly managed) it has helped for a smooth and well managed account.

“I have worked with MSS for several years on various projects and have found them to be a very conscientious company. Easy to deal with, professional in every way.
