Supporting a major student accommodation new-build within a historic listed building environment in the city centre.The concrete structure was fully encapsulated in scaffolding across all elevations, providing safe access for multiple trades including brickwork, SFS installation, windows, and roofing. Working within tight city centre constraints and a live academic environment required careful planning and sequencing of works.

Due to restricted access on one elevation, MSS designed and installed a large truss-out scaffold system, allowing the lower scaffold sections to be removed early and restoring essential vehicle access to the main construction area.

This project demonstrates MSS capability in delivering complex commercial scaffolding solutions within constrained city centre and heritage-sensitive environments.
