A 26-storey high-rise project constructed on a fully constrained city centre footprint.
Works were delivered across all phases of construction, including safety edge protection, independent access scaffolds for internal blockwork, Cuplok staircases, cantilevered truss-out systems to lift shafts, and heavy-duty beamed gantries.
Additional complex solutions included multiple cantilevered truss-out and beamed structures designed to overcome significant logistical constraints and limited site access.
A standout feature of the project was the installation of a large heavy-duty beamed protection gantry to the Winter Garden, providing critical protection and access support within a highly sensitive area of the build.
