Midland Scaffolding Services have delivered multiple commercial scaffolding projects at Leavesden Studios since 2019
This includes works on the Harry Potter Studio Tour expansion and the construction of new production stages and associated facilities.
The projects included extensive high-level hanging beamed boarded decks exceeding 1000m², providing safe working platforms for soundproofing, M&E installation, and ductwork at height. MSS also installed progressive independent access scaffolds to all stages and adjoining office blocks, supporting brickwork and blockwork operations.
The works incorporated multiple loading bays and access stair towers to support efficient site logistics and material handling across a fast-moving programme.
Despite demanding construction schedules and tight deadlines, all works were delivered with a strong focus on safety, coordination, and programme efficiency throughout.
