Midland Scaffolding Services supported the major Waterside Campus development at the University of Northampton
A large-scale education sector project incorporating five new academic blocks alongside the Heritage Lottery funded restoration of the historic Engine Shed, now the student union.
The scheme required complex commercial scaffolding solutions across multiple structures, each with unique access and design requirements. MSS delivered bespoke scaffolding systems to support both new-build construction and heritage refurbishment works.
Key works included engineered birdcage scaffolds within the large atriums of the Learning Hub and Creative Hub, providing safe, stable access for internal works at height.
This project demonstrates MSS expertise in delivering large-scale commercial scaffolding and complex access solutions within major education and heritage developments.
