Located on ‘Millionaires Row’ North London, following the demolition of the original Hammerson House we became part of the construction team to rebuild a new modern and innovative Care Home. The totally brickwork structure had a fully boarded scaffold to the external perimeter of the building providing not only access for the brickwork but for many follow-on trades with minimal adaptions required. Each elevation had its own stair access and loading bay. Large split level loading bays were installed around the perimeter to give crane loading to the floor areas because of restricted space on the ground.
