Creating a modern, low-carbon campus with new and refurbished student accommodation scaffolding works supported the construction of new energy-efficient townhouses and the refurbishment of existing buildings within a live university environment. The project required carefully phased access solutions, including external scaffolding, edge protection, and access systems to enable safe progress across multiple work fronts. All works were coordinated to support a large-scale, multi-phase development focused on sustainability, accessibility, and high-quality student living.
