Midland Scaffolding Services delivered a large-scale commercial scaffolding package across 10 new-build student accommodation blocks
Running concurrently, ranging from 5 to 13 storeys in height each block required a tailored scaffolding solution, with varying access and structural requirements including Cuplok stair towers up to 40m high, designed split-level loading bays, birdcage scaffolds to atriums, safety edge protection systems, and access platforms for mast climbers.
The project demanded detailed planning, coordination, and phased delivery to support multiple trades working simultaneously across all elevations.
This scheme demonstrates MSS capability in delivering complex, high-rise commercial scaffolding solutions across fast-paced, multi-block construction programmes.
