Full access scaffolding was delivered to support the construction of a new state-of-the-art leisure and community wellbeing hub in Leighton Linslade.
The development includes extensive facilities such as a multi-lane swimming pool complex, gym, studios, and community spaces, forming a key investment in local health and wellbeing infrastructure. Early collaboration with the project team enabled the design of an innovative access solution, utilising trussed beams from the first-floor structure to support scaffold lifts above. This eliminated the need for ground-based scaffolding, maintaining clear access for ongoing works below, including the construction of the swimming pool. The scheme also incorporated full external scaffolding, internal access systems, and comprehensive edge protection, all carefully coordinated to suit a complex, multi-phase build programme.
