Although this is my first project using MSS, it won’t be the last. They saved my project from being a disaster after being let down by another contractor. MSS responded in my hour of need and resolved the scaffold issue I faced that would have had a significant impact on the project. Any design issues have been resolved and good communication established throughout. The operatives on site have been professional and the standard of work exactly what you want. Some of the best monaflex work I have seen on a project that suits the demolition works.

MSS delivered a high level of service throughout the project. Their commitment to working alongside fellow trades to ensure the programme was achieved and maintained throughout the build process contributed to a successful scheme. The site teams were always helpful and would go above and beyond to help where possible, whilst keeping a key eye on health and safety

I always like to thank the subcontractor team for their efforts on the project. On this occasion I do think you have gone above and beyond, not something I would say to many on the site. This account has been much larger than most scaffold accounts I have witnessed, and it could have quite easily become difficult to control. But with the use of worksheets which have existed in almost 100% of any extra works and the well laid out account (scaffold accounts are often poorly managed) it has helped for a smooth and well managed account.

From a construction perspective MSS are proactive and efficient, they provide technical advice and a great service. MSS are in some instances not as competitive as their competitors however we rate your service as being excellent which fits in with BAM ethos of cooperation, service and finding solutions to erecting scaffold to complex buildings.

My observations are based on my dealings with Amie Bailey in the commercial agreements of MSS account during the project. I found that the quality and commercial integrity of the applications produced were fair and properly considered throughout and it has been refreshing to see this approach. Our experience of scaffolding contractors has been inconsistent to say the least. Prior to forming a relationship with MSS I thought finding a consistent, reliable & quality contractor that has the same vision and values as our own was a tall order, if not unachievable.
