Midland Scaffolding Services delivered a commercial scaffolding package for the transformation of the former International Hotel in Leicester City Centre into modern student accommodation.
The works included extensive external independent scaffolding to the long elevations, providing safe access for brickwork repairs and the installation of new windows across the full façade.
Internally, MSS installed large-scale scaffolding within the building’s lightwells, enabling safe working access for refurbishment works in confined vertical spaces.
