Oxford North, Oxford

Engineered access solutions were delivered for Phase 1a of the Oxford North development

A £700 million science and innovation district comprising laboratory buildings and the Red Hall co-working hub. The project incorporated a range of specialist design scaffolds, including a large free-standing scaffold to provide access to the Red Hall gable without impacting façade works. High-level beamed gantry platforms, fixed off steel stubs, allowed safe roof access while maintaining clear working areas below. Additional works included edge protection, loading bays, and access scaffolding systems, all carefully coordinated to support a complex, multi-phase commercial construction project.
