At Midland Scaffolding, we’re proud to support our people both on and off site—and our recent charity challenge was a powerful example of that.
Our 50 Miles for Poppy campaign brought together colleagues, clients, and suppliers to raise vital funds for Caudwell Children. The challenge saw members of our team take on an ultra-marathon from Birmingham to Northampton, in support of one of our own and his daughter Poppy, who was born with Down’s syndrome and a serious heart condition.
Thanks to the incredible support across our network, we raised over £20,000—far exceeding our original target. In recognition of this achievement, we were honoured to receive the Fundraising for Change award from Caudwell Children.
The event finished at Northampton Town Football Club, where we were met by friends, family, and supporters—rounding off an unforgettable effort.
This challenge reflects what we stand for as a business: teamwork, resilience, and looking after our own.
