As voted for by MSS chargehands Jack Waddon rightly wins our 2022 Trainee of the Year.
Jack came to us in February 2020 as a COTS labourer with very little experience but his thirst to learn meant he picked things up very quickly. Over the last 3 years his confidence in scaffolding has grown immensely. Jack is an exemplary employee, his attendance record is ace, his attitude to co-workers and sites teams is always friendly and polite and he has a genuine eagerness to learn and do well at whatever it is he is doing.
